salad is one of the easiest and fastes dishes to make. So it is good to have a recipe which you like. Especially a good dressing is very important. Today I have my favourite recipe for you. Of course you can change the vegetables or the meat and take how much you like.

  • lettuce
  • cherry tomatoes
  • cucumber
  • chicken
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika spice
  • low-fat yogurt
  • sour cream
  • sugar
  • lemon juice

  1. Wash all the vegetables and cut them in pieces.
  2. Take a little bit butter and melt it in a pan (medium heat).
  3. Cut the meat in pieces and put them in the pan with salt, pepper and paprika spice.
  4. Turn the meat and check on it the whole time until it is ready.
  5. dressing: Mix 2 tablespoons of low fat yogurt and 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
  6. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  7. Test if you like the taste and add something when it is missing.
  8. Add all the ingredients in a salad bowl (with dried basil).
